Due to the consumable nature of our products (including protein powders, chocolates, pancake mixes, and other food items), we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, consumed, or simply because you have changed your mind.
We only offer returns and refunds under the following specific circumstances:

Damaged Products: If the product arrived damaged (e.g., broken seals, smashed containers)

Defective Products: If the product is defective or unsafe for consumption (e.g., spoiled, mouldy, or past the expiration date upon arrival).

Incorrect Order: If you received a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong flavor, wrong item).
2. Eligibility for a Return or Refund
To be eligible for a refund or replacement based on the circumstances above, you must meet the following criteria:

Contact Window: You must notify us of the issue within 2 calendar days of receiving your order.

Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, including the packaging and expiration date (if applicable).

Original Condition (for incorrect items only): If you received an incorrect item, it may be required to be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals and packaging intact. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for these cases.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Provide Details: In the email, clearly explain the issue, attach the required photographic proof, and specify whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement shipment.

4. Refunds

Processing: Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Timing: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. This is typically 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item).
5. Replacements (for Damaged or Defective Items)
If you opt for a replacement and the item is in stock, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible, free of charge, after your request has been approved.
6. Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Carrier Claims: If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, Delivery, Bluedart) directly to file a claim. We will assist you by providing necessary tracking information.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are always exempt from being returned, unless damaged or defective upon arrival:
